Games Scale Up is designed for founders, leaders and commercially focused professionals in indie game studios who want to build a more successful games business.
You don't need a business background, but you should have enough games industry experience to understand the creative and production side. This programme focuses entirely on the commercial and strategic challenges that sit alongside that.
You'll get the most from Games Scale Up if you are:
- A studio founder, senior leader, or commercially focused professional in a games company
- Working in a studio with at least one game in active development or already shipped
- Commercially ambitious: you want your studio to survive, scale and succeed

Master the financial and operational aspects of running a games company. You'll learn how to obtain the right type of funding for your business plus understand how a growing business can optimize its operations and finances to be more effective.
Week 3
Make Your Game a Commercial Success
The most successful games companies build great games and get them to market effectively. This week gives you the commercial tools and insider knowledge to maximise your game's chances of lasting success.

How the Founding Cohort works
The Founding Cohort is the first run of the 9 session Games Scale Up programme
